The Healthy Bride Fit and Fabulous Private Retreat Program

For Brides, grooms and bridal parties

Let us help you transform your fitness and nutrition habits.

Our private bridal retreats are custom designed to meet your goals and schedule. The Healthy Bride will come to you and provide a fitness and nutrition program on site for you and your groom, wedding party, family members or friends.

Most of our retreats include cardio and strength workouts, nutrition workshop, spa treats, yoga sessions along with plenty of time for bridal bonding.

In our private Healthy Bride Retreats you simply designate the place and time then work with us on the components you would like to include and together we create the perfect retreat program for you.

Friday:
4pm- 5:30pm: Introduction Presentations, outline retreat itinerary, Hand out workbooks

5:30pm – 7:30pm: Road map: “Goal setting for results” workshop

7:30pm: Dinner and introduction to nutrition workshops.

8:30-9:00 pm: Short Yoga session. Relaxation session to help you sleep.

 

Saturday:
7:30 am-8:30 am – Crack of dawn cardio workout

9:00am-10:00 am - Breakfast of Champions! Enjoy your specially designed protein breakfast.

10:00am - 11:00am – Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Learn why.

11:00am – 1:00pm - Ahh, Spaa treatments. Or time on your own to nap and relax.

1:00pm - 2:00pm – lunch

2:00pm - 3:00pm - Heave Ho! Weight workout

3:00pm – 4:00pm - Free time to rejuvenate

5:00 pm – 6:00pm - Evening Yoga session

7:00 – 9:00pm - Dinner

 

Sunday:
7:30am – 8:30am – Interval workout

9:00am - 10:00am – Breakfast. Join your bridal buddies for your daily protein boost.

10:15am – 11:30am – Craft time! Create your Stress Survival Kit

12 – 1:00pm - Lunch

1pm – 2:30pm - Spa Treatments or free time

2:30pm – 3:30pm - Group activity time: bike ride, volleyball, badmitton.

3:30pm – 4:30pm – Nutrition workshop: healthy snacks and eating in stressful times

4:30pm-5:30pm - Free Time

5:30 - 6:30 - Yoga

7:30 – 9pm - Dinner workshop: navigating the buffet. How to eat healthy at parties, showers and other social events.


Monday:
7:30am – 8:30am - crack of dawn cardio workout

9:00am –10:00am - breakfast

10:00am – noon - Closing ceremonies and next steps
