Our private bridal retreats are custom designed to meet your goals and schedule. The Healthy Bride will come to you and provide a fitness and nutrition program on site for you and your groom, wedding party, family members or friends. Most of our retreats include cardio and strength workouts, nutrition workshop, spa treats, yoga sessions along with plenty of time for bridal bonding.
