"Signing up for The Healthy Bride classes is the best decision I have ever made. Period.
I would not have been able to remain as calm and healthy as I did through the planning process were it not for The Healthy Bride "boot camp" classes as well as my personal training sessions with Christi Masi, the Healthy Bride's founder.
I lost over 20 pounds and around 13 inches, but I gained muscle, a healthy outlook and several great friends. I feel more confident than ever, and while I still have some more to lose, I have the new healthy lifestyle and outlook to get me there in the next few months.
I met my weight goals and I far surpassed any of my fitness goals I set when I began working with The Healthy Bride. I've since run two 8k races, when before I couldn't even run for 15 minutes and in my last session with Christi, I was able to do 50 pushups, the man-way. I'm planning to run a half marathon in January!

The Healthy Bride Group Workouts
Get Fit, Feel Fabulous Workouts for Brides...bridesmaids, maids of honor, moms, aunties, and anyone bridal!
Have fun while getting in shape for your wedding!
We want to support you to feel and look your best on your big day! We begin with setting specific goals and fitness baseline testing. You decide what YOUR goals are for the class. Our job is to help you reach those goals and you WILL see results in 6 weeks!
Each class focuses on giving you a full body workout that includes cardio, weights, resistance work, core strengthening, with a full body stretch at the end.
The workouts are structured so there is plenty of opportunity to talk and share ideas with other brides/women in the class. Your friends, bridesmaids, moms, sisters and aunties are welcome to the Brides Class. Classes are indoors in winter, and outdoors in the summer. All classes follow a "boot camp" for "circuit" style format. Lots of variety with plenty of resistance training thrown in. We do squats, lunges, pushups, jumping jacks......you get the idea. A great workout in the company of other brides!
Heatlhy Bride Stress Busting Yoga
This is a class open to all women. Come enjoy an hour- plus of yoga where you can breathe, relax and connect with your body and soul and strengthen your core.

This is a class open to all women. Come enjoy an hour and a half of running, pushups, hills, trail runs, and more. We are outdoors rain or shine, and work hard for the full 1.5 hours. Must be able to run 3 miles at an average of 11 minutes per miles.
