Doing this program with all of you (and especially you, Christi) was definitely the highlight of my experience as a bride. Christi, you have been such an inspiration! Thanks for giving me the reminder that I need to push myself to do and try new things. The fact that running a 10k is even an IDEA in my head (not yet materialized into a goal, but still, it's THERE...), is incredible. I'll start with the 5k in November with Anna and Ollie. Bootcamp Workouts

Have fun while getting in shape for your wedding!

We want to support you to feel and look your best on your big day! We begin with setting specific goals and fitness baseline testing. You decide what YOUR goals are for the class. Our job is to help you reach those goals and you WILL see results in 6 weeks!

Each class focuses on giving you a full body workout that includes cardio, resistance training, core strengthening, with a full body stretch at the end.

The workouts are structured so there is plenty of opportunity to talk and share ideas with other brides/women in the class. Your friends, bridesmaids, moms, sisters and aunties are welcome to the Brides Class. Classes are indoors in winter, and outdoors in the spring through summer. All classes follow a "boot camp" or "circuit" style format. We promise lots of variety - we do squats, lunges, pushups, jumping jacks......you get the idea. A great workout in the company of other brides!
