Bridal Workout-1
Here's a great workout you can do on your own:

Warm up 10 minutes jogging, treadmill or elliptical
3 sets in 2 minutes:
30 pushups
30 sit ups (you can vary this to include bicycles, etc)
30 body weight squats
Timed 1 mile run
10 sets 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off:
burpees with pushup if you do fewer than 12 per set, add one set
3 sets of 15
Biceps curls
Triceps Dips
Over head press
1 minute plank
45 second plank each side
Cool down 10 minutes with light job
Stretch
