Bridecast Workouts
Healthy Bride®-cast Workouts are for Brides to download to your MP3 player and use to guide you through a variety of workouts that focus on the areas brides want to work on most (abs, arms, back and booty).
They Are Free!
You can perform these workouts in a gym OR at home. If you do not have weights and a weight bench in your home, you can substitute soup cans and water/milk jugs or a stretch tube for weights; and an ottoman or couch cushion for a bench. You will need a physio ball and enough space to move freely while doing your exercises. (The Healthy Bride has a Get Fit Kit that includes a ball and stretch tubing.)

This is a one-hour workout that includes 20 minutes of cardio and a full body weight workout. We do legs, chest, back, arms, and abs.
This is a favorite from the class of 2009. Doing something every single day does make for great results. Listen for the details!
This takes less than 5 minutes. I have broken up the 50 into sets. Come on, the results are fabulous!
