Have fun! This is the number one thing to remember, always.

Exercise- not only will your health improve, and your stress will also be reduced. 3 days per week is the minimum...4 is better if you are trying to make change.

Attitude. Life is what you make it...make yours sparkle with joy.

Lifestyle. Consider your lifestyle as a whole. Exercise, Eating, Entertaining, Earning.... are they in balance. Take a careful look at your life, and try to keep your "wants" balanced with your "needs".

Time management. Delegate. Don't take on more than you can do.

Habits. Think about using this time to develop some healthy habits around good nutrition, stress management and exercise.

You! Make sure you take time for you.

Buff. Make sure weight training is part of your exercise program. Two days per week minimum.

Rest. Get plenty of sleep, and sleep on a regular schedule - you will feel more rested.

I deserve the best..... This is your mantra.... from this day forward.

Diet. Focus on eating whole grains; plenty of fruits and veggies; calcium rich foods; and lean protein.

Energy. If you follow the above 11 items, you will have positive, infectious, endless energy.
