Semi-private personal training is a fun, inspiring and affordable way to get into shape quickly, and is a great match for those who appreciate the physical and social aspects of working out. Sessions can accomodate two to four people and are customized by your fitness coach to your individual goals. Workout with your bridesmaids, friends, family or join a group.
