Small, semi-private training program: Saturday 8:00am
Start the weekend off right with your mid-morning training session. Feel refreshed and full of energy for a night out with the fellas, a hot date with your fiance, or whatever else the weekend has in store. This training program is limited to four people for ultimate results (get your best man to join you). Get the individual attention you need to reach your goals in an efficient workout session. Forget about sitting around for minutes on end between sets. You'll be moving, sweating, and working hard to carry your bride over the threshold. Plus, she is going to love your sexy, hunky body.
