Jenny's Wedding: October 2005

April Goals:

  • incorporate exercise into her life (never exercised more than 3 weeks at a time)
  • develop healthy eating habits
  • lose inches off her torso.

Program:

  • Weight Watchers eating program
  • walking program – reach and maintain 10,000 steps/day
  • use an elliptical trainer at home in bad weather
  • learn weight/resistance training program to implement at home

8 week progress report:

  • Down 10 pounds
  • Walking an average of 8500 steps per day
  • Lost 3" off her waist
  • Weight training one day per week

Next Steps:

Add a once weekly session of the Be Fit and Fabulous Group Workouts for Brides, continue working with Christi on a weekly basis, begin a weekly 20 minute session on an elliptical trainer, add an additional 30 minute, weekly weight training session.
