April Goals:
- incorporate exercise into her life (never exercised more than 3 weeks at a time)
- develop healthy eating habits
- lose inches off her torso.
Program:
- Weight Watchers eating program
- walking program – reach and maintain 10,000 steps/day
- use an elliptical trainer at home in bad weather
- learn weight/resistance training program to implement at home
8 week progress report:
- Down 10 pounds
- Walking an average of 8500 steps per day
- Lost 3" off her waist
- Weight training one day per week
Next Steps:
Add a once weekly session of the Be Fit and Fabulous Group Workouts for Brides, continue working with Christi on a weekly basis, begin a weekly 20 minute session on an elliptical trainer, add an additional 30 minute, weekly weight training session.
