  • Lose 20 pounds

  • Run 5 K foot race

Program:

  • Keep a food journal
  • Monitor food intake on a daily basis
  • Workout 4 times per week (one day with Christi)

Results:

  • Lost 10 pounds
  • Significantly improved eating habits-less fat, more grains and veggies
  • Due to foot injury changed race from 5K to a stair climb
  • Beat time expectations in stair climb by 25%
  • Felt (and looked) fabulous at the wedding!
