Maryann's Wedding: June 2005

April Goals:

Maryann did not need to lose weight, but wanted to change her body composition (reduce fat by 2%). She also wanted to sleep better, plus develop and maintain better eating habits.

Program:

Personal training with Christi 3 days per week

June Results:

  • reduced body fat, 25% to 23%
  • increased sit-ups, 30 to 48 in one minute and pushups 20 to 30.
  • Better eating habits, including daily breakfast, fruits and veggies
  • More energy, better sleep
  • Biceps that show for the first time in her life
