Greetings!

Thank you for your continued energy and interest in The Healthy Bride and The Healthy Goddess programs!  2008 is off to a great start, with several programs starting this week.

A new Wednesday night Ms. Bootcamp and a new Saturday morning bride class begin this week.  Both are led by the newest member of our team Andi.  I went to Andi's class on Sunday morning and she made me work hard, taught me some great new moves, and made the class really fun!  You can read more about Andi in this newsletter, and also join in one of her classes.

Keep up the good work!  See you all out there.

Best,

Christi

Two articles from the NY Times

I read two articles this week that are truly worth sharing.

The first is about research done on brides wanting to lose weight for their weddings.

The second is about life long fitness and why it's never too late to start.
