Doing this program with all of you (and especially you, Christi) was definitely
the highlight of my experience as a bride. Christi, you have been such an
inspiration! Thanks for giving me the reminder that I need to push myself to
do and try new things. The fact that running a 10k is even an IDEA in my
head (not yet materialized into a goal, but still, it's THERE...), is incredible.

All of our expert bridal workouts will be designed specifically for you and will include cardiovascular, resistance and flexibility training. After a full fitness assessment we move to goal setting. Together we set realistic, measurable goals for you to work toward. From there, we develop a comprehensive workout program for you to follow that will set you up for success. We select milestones for tracking your progress to assure you are moving in the right direction. Along the way we are sure to stop and celebrate your success.
