Cloud Nine Women, Inc. DBA The Healthy Bride®/The Healthy Goddess® Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Individual Training Sessions:
You will not receive credit for any workout unless it was canceled with at least 24 hours' advance notification.

Pre-paid personal training sessions are non-refundable.

Group Sessions/Classes:
Cancellation 7 days or more prior to class/program start date: %100 refund less $4.00 handling fee.

Cancellation within 7 days of start date will receive a 70% refund.

Cancellation after session start date: no refund will be given.

Any program moves/changes will be assessed a $25 fee.
