Sign up Portland!Healthy Bride "Bootcamp" Workouts for BridesClasses are outdoors and are a "boot camp" style format. Lots of variety with plenty of resistance training throw in. We do squats, lunges, pushups, jumping jacks......you get the idea. A great workout in the great outdoors with plenty of time for bridal bonding. One Class per week for 6 weeks: Two Classes per week for 6 weeks: _________________________________________Ms. Bootcamp - PortlandThis class is for all women and is a bootcamp style format in the great outdoors! We rotate through strength and cardio exercises that include lots of variety to keep you going! We do squats, lunges, pushups, jumping jacks......you get the idea. A great workout with amazing women to keep you motivated! We set goals and we achieve them! Join us! All sessions run for 6 weeks. TBD
One Class Per week: Two Classes Per Week: Meet at Waterfront Park at the Salmon Fountain
Cancellation 7 days or more prior to Camp start date: 100% refund less $4.00 handling fee. Group Sessions Class Make Up policy: You are welcome to attend any Healthy Bride and/or Healthy Goddess class as a make up. You must complete your make up classes within the 6 week session you are registered.
