What Is RSS?

RSS means Rich Site Summary (or, more commonly, Really Simple Syndication), a format for distributing news headlines on the Web using XML (Extensible Markup Language). It is more loosely defined as syndication. It is not just for text, though. You can also receive The Healthy Bride audio podcasts via RSS.

What Do I Need to Receive RSS Feeds?

You will need to download software known as a news reader or aggregator. This software will display feeds from chosen Web sites on your computer or online, depending on which type you choose. Many are free and others require a payment. How Do I Find The Healthy Bride RSS Feeds?

Right here! Just click this link and you will receive all new Healthy Bridecast Workouts when they are posted on our site. Then paste the URL of the next page into the appropriate aggregator. (Each news aggregator is different, but this should be a fairly simple paste into the application.) The feeds will also be available on the page of each show that carries one as well.

You're actually seeing the RSS file in its raw form as XML. Just copy the URL in the address bar at the top and add it to you news aggregator. That's all you need to do!
